The Center for Workplace Productivity at Orchid is a unique and innovative approach to working with businesses. By getting to know the internal working habits of our clients, we help them identify the potential pitfalls for failure in the early stages and expansion phase of their company’s development, and teach them more effective habits to build their business. Using a curriculum based on sound psychological and executive function principles, we build relationships with our clients from the infancy stages, infusing expertise in executive functions into their DNA. Consultation: Assessing the needs of the organization and the individuals that comprise the team using norm-referenced, reliable and valid measurement tools. Additionally, we conduct interviews and spend 1-1 time within the organization to learn the environment.
Education: Curriculum based interventions to address areas of need identified through the consultation phase.
Training: Group and individual sessions focused on the unique executive function needs and how to infuse them into the inner workings of the organizational group
